No worries at all – Revolve offers free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories)! Here’s what you need to know in order to return or exchange an item from Revolve:

First, you’ll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by logging into your Revolve account and going to the “My Orders” page. Once you’ve found the order you’d like to return or exchange, click on the “Return/Exchange” button and follow the instructions. Once you’ve received your RMA number, you’ll have 14 days to return or exchange your item (s).

Next, you’ll need to package up your return or exchange item (s) along with the original packing slip (if you have it) and the RMA form that you’ll receive when you request your RMA number. Once your package is ready, you can choose the return shipping method that works best for you. For exchanges, we recommend using our prepaid shipping label so that your replacement item (s) can be sent out to you right away. For returns, you can use any shipping method you’d like.

Once we receive your return or exchange, we’ll process it as quickly as possible. For exchanges, we’ll send out your replacement item (s) right away. For returns, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.

If you chose a refund to your original form of payment, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
