Kim Kardashian files emergency restraining order against alleged stalker

An alleged stalker has been served with an emergency restraining order by Kim Kardashian.

The 41-year-old reality star, who has four children with ex-husband Kanye West: North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm, has reportedly obtained the court order after the guy allegedly threatened to kill her and her family and has subjected her to.

“The person has made multiple grave threats, including threatening to kill her family and bomb her business offices,” according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

According to TMZ, Kim’s legal team revealed in the docs that her security team has intercepted over 80 letters containing various “disturbing sexual references” to her, and that she has received 30 of them in the previous month alone.

The ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ actress is now dating ‘Saturday Night Live’ comedian Pete Davidson, 28, and while the documents allegedly do not mention him by name, Kim told The Blast that the individual had lashed out at those with whom she has “intimate ties.”

Kim previously had to deal with a seemingly unrelated stalking incident in 2021 when Nicholas Costanza – who sent the star a diamond ring and a morning-after pill, but despite her obtaining a five-year restraining order against him, he was eventually charged with felony stalking after breaching the order and attempting to jump the gate and gain access to the grounds of her San Fernando mansion.
