How to create an Apple ID, a step-by-step guide

Apple ID is a form of identification for iPhones, iPads, Macs, and other Apple devices. Personal information and settings are stored in Apple IDs. When you use an Apple ID to log in to an Apple device, the device will automatically use the Apple ID’s settings.

An Apple ID account can be created free of charge from the My Apple ID web page or any other Apple device.
